  1. Pete released the follow up cassette ‘The Hard Times of Old England’. In Feb. he appeared on the BBC (East) TV programme Daly on a Tuesday with guitarist Bryan Daly. At the suggestion of a club organiser/headteacher in Brighton Pete started working with children in schools, something which was central to his work from then on.

The engineers really knew what they were doing and, although we again only had a very short time to do the recording, the results were much better and even allowed for some over-dubbing!
